Order Processing & Delivery Time (Taiwan Only)

If you need your order urgently (e.g., for a gift), please select express delivery.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT+8) will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday (or the next business day).

Unclaimed Packages (Convenience Store Pickup – Taiwan Only)

Please collect your package within 7 days after receiving pickup notification.

If the package is returned due to non-collection:

A reshipping fee of NT$60 will apply, or NT$60 will be deducted from your store credit balance.

Returns & Exchanges Policy (Taiwan Only)

7-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the date the product is received.

Please note that this period is intended for evaluation purposes only and is not a trial period. If a product has been opened, used, or damaged in a way that affects its resale value, it may not be eligible for return.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for:

Incorrect items shipped

 

Each order is eligible for one complimentary return or exchange shipment. Any additional return or exchange requests will require the customer to cover shipping costs.

 

Product Condition Requirements

Returned or exchanged items must be:

2. In brand-new condition
3. In original, complete packaging

 

Return Packaging

Please return items in their original packaging.

If the original outer shipping box is no longer available, please place the manufacturer’s packaging inside another protective box before returning.

 

Excessive Returns

If repeated returns or exchanges occur due to personal reasons, we reserve the right to suspend future shipments at our discretion.

 

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without valid reason after delivery attempt, a shipping fee of NT$100 will be charged.

森林會員一共分為種籽會員、樹苗會員、大樹會員和神木會員四個等級。讓我們一起從小種籽開始茁壯吧!

 

會員的有效期限是?我的會員甚麼時候會到期?

1.會員之有效期限為一年,期限至隔年同月 月底 

2.在一年期間如果獲得升級,則重新計算一年會員效期。

 

會員升等

1.每次消費累積金額,將於消費完成後 7~10 個工作天後匯入系統。

2.會員升等統一於隔月10生效,並會發送升等通知至您的手機與信箱,親愛的會員們收到訊息不要受到驚嚇哦(若遇到節假日則會順延至接下來的第一個工作天發送)。

3.若您跳級升等,您可享有的優惠為 最後停留會員等級的優惠。

 

會員降等

1.如果會員一年期滿且未達到該等級之年度消費累積金額,系統將會幫您自動調降一會員等級,並重新計算一年會員效期

2.升等禮僅限升等時享有(ex.若從神木降至大樹,將無法領取大樹會員之升等禮)
